Over the years, we’ve taken the time to get to know the artists in each of the villages where we buy. We do our best to buy from those we feel are the most talented from each pueblo. Artists now make many custom works of art directly for COSAS – things that you won’t find anywhere else.

Our cosas represent the best of the best in ceramics of all types (barro bruñido, green glazes, hand painted clay, pineapples, etc.), wrought iron, punched tin, carved wood, blown glass, milagro encrusted crosses, weaving, embroidery, ethnic clothing, hand crafted furniture of many types and more. Because each piece we sell is one of a kind and hand crafted, flaws or imperfections are common and part of the charm of the work. The products on our website are only a small sample of the large inventory in our store. If you see something you like and would like to see other pieces by the same artist, or in the same technique, please email us at cosas@cosasonline.com. Due to the delicate nature of many of our pieces, we take great care in packing and shipping. Even still, there are some pieces that we recommend that we don’t ship. If you live in or near Boerne or San Antonio, Texas, we’ll make arrangements to have large delicate pieces delivered. Please note, prices do not include shipping or insurance.

All works are one of a kind and flaws are common in folk art. Due to the delicate nature of many of these works, we will recommend that we do not ship some of the featured items.
