Artist Carlos Iñigo Robles is the original creator of this beautiful hand etched metal art.  He incorporates Milagros and semi-precious stones to enhance the richness of each piece.  His works include retablos, tripticos, eggs and other three dimensional pieces.  Iñigo also creates unique multi-media pieces using found objects and is also an accomplished water color painter.  He is the originator of this technique and you can recognize the detail in his work right away.  Others have tried to copy his style with little success.  He lived outside of Mexico City and died in 2005.
